1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
- "Mongkhol", "we", "us", "our" — Mongkhol, a tax education provider registered in Thailand, operating from 67 Charoen Krung Road, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 10200.
- "Website" — the website at acefquercyagenais.info and any associated pages.
- "Courses" — the tax education programmes offered by Mongkhol, including live sessions, workshops, and supporting materials.
- "Participant" — any individual who enrols in a Mongkhol course.
- "User" — any person who visits or uses the Website.
- "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
- "Content" — all written materials, presentation slides, templates, recordings, and other materials provided as part of a Course.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Website or enrolling in a Course, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Website or enrol in our courses.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Our courses are designed for adults and are not suitable for minors.
3. Course Descriptions
Mongkhol offers educational courses on Thai personal income tax concepts and tax-advantaged saving strategies. Our current courses are:
- Understanding Thai Tax Deductions and Allowances (฿4,200) — a foundational two-session course with supporting materials.
- Tax-Advantaged Investment Vehicles in Thailand (฿9,500) — an intermediate programme including group workshops and three mentoring sessions.
- Long-Term Tax and Savings Integration (฿16,900) — an advanced programme with five live sessions, two advisory follow-ups, and a written integration plan.
All courses are delivered in English. Session schedules, formats, and supporting materials are provided upon enrolment confirmation. We reserve the right to adjust session dates where necessary, with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.
4. Educational Purpose and Disclaimer
All content delivered through Mongkhol's courses is provided for educational purposes only. It is intended to help adults understand Thai tax concepts and consider options available to them.
Mongkhol's courses do not constitute personalised tax advice, financial advice, or legal advice. Participants are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional or financial adviser before making decisions based on course content. Individual circumstances vary, and what is appropriate for one participant may not suit another.
We make no claims regarding specific outcomes, savings amounts, or tax reductions that any participant will achieve by applying course content.
5. User and Participant Responsibilities
When using the Website or participating in a course, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during enrolment and in communications with us.
- Use course materials solely for your own personal learning.
- Not share access credentials, session links, or materials with individuals who have not enrolled.
- Conduct yourself respectfully in any group sessions or workshops.
- Not record live sessions without prior written permission from Mongkhol.
6. Intellectual Property
All Content provided as part of Mongkhol's courses — including written materials, templates, presentation slides, and reference documents — remains the intellectual property of Mongkhol.
Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use course materials for personal reference during and after their enrolment. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial use of any course materials without our prior written consent.
7. Payment Terms
Course fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is required in full at the time of enrolment unless a payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods are communicated at the point of enrolment. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store payment card details.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the first session: full refund.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the first session: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the first session: no refund, but participants may transfer their place to a future intake with notice.
- If Mongkhol cancels a session, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
8. Disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that:
- The Website will be available without interruption or error.
- All information on the Website is current and complete at all times.
- Course content will produce any specific result for any participant.
Tax law in Thailand is subject to change. Course content reflects our understanding at the time of delivery. Participants are responsible for verifying current rules with the Thai Revenue Department or a qualified professional.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Mongkhol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the Website or enrolment in a course, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on course content.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fee paid by the claimant for the relevant course.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate a participant's access to a course if they breach these Terms, engage in disruptive behaviour during sessions, or if their continued participation would be harmful to other participants or to Mongkhol.
In such cases, refund eligibility will be assessed based on the circumstances and the stage of enrolment reached.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall first be addressed through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be referred to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
Participants who are consumers also retain any rights granted to them under applicable Thai consumer protection legislation.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website or enrolment in courses after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
13. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mongkhol.
- Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision at any time does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent.
